Select and Save
Members can choose a level of benefits each time they need health care. Network doctors, hospitals or medical centers participate at the Enhanced Value Level of Benefits or Standard Value Level of Benefits. All providers deliver responsive, high-quality care. However, with the Enhanced Value Level of Benefits, members pay less since these network care providers deliver care more cost-effectively. Members have a lower deductible and lower out-of-pocket costs when using providers at the Enhanced Value Level.
Help Controlling Costs
The Community Blue Premier Flex network gives members:
- Network choices that can translate to lower costs for copays and coinsurance
- A wide selection of cost sharing and cost-savings benefit designs
- Consistent costs for budget planning
All with the power of the Blues:
- Health and wellness discounts on products, classes and fitness facilities
- National reach and 75 years' experience
